Prepare Your Package
Place the brand-new, unworn UGG products back into their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy mailing satchel or box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, then use your tracking number to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
